Exhibitor Guidelines
By participating in Travel Madness Expo, all exhibitors agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. Exhibitors must provide accurate information regarding their services and adhere to designated booth sizes. All display materials should be professional, and nothing may obstruct neighboring booths. Any cancellations must be communicated at least 30 days in advance. The organizers reserve the right to eject any participant who does not comply with these guidelines for the best interests of the event.
Registration Process
To register for Travel Madness Expo, interested parties must complete an online application form. The submission should include business details and services offered. Upon approval, a confirmation email will be sent along with payment instructions. Early-bird registration is highly encouraged as spaces are limited. Each exhibitor will receive event passes and additional information regarding the setup and display requirements prior to the expo date. Failure to comply with payment deadlines can result in a loss of space. All registered exhibitors will benefit from promotional material shared prior to the event.
Code of Conduct
All attendees and exhibitors must conduct themselves professionally during the Travel Madness Expo. Harassment, discrimination, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We encourage networking but advise everyone to maintain respect for personal space. Any grievances should be reported to event staff immediately. By attending or exhibiting, participants acknowledge and agree to uphold a friendly and inclusive atmosphere to enhance the experience for everyone involved.
